My family had a wonderful week in ESF ski school and the improvement in skiing ability was clear, but more importantly the lessons where highly enjoyable too. Yes, it is expensive, but a vital part of the ski week experience for us so very worthwhile.

We were at BaseCamp with Monic.
She is very attantive, nice and kind and very good with the kids.
My only comment to improve is to have separate Teen group, especially for the Base Camp

My daughter should have been on ecole 3 stars in stead of 2 stars (she already did the 2 star) - the instructor should have seen that sooner. Unfortunately, it was too late. Pls. Make it more clear about levels at registration in the system.
Also my son Bronze level didn’t get new level from his course (team rider experienced). The didnt have the same instructor every day, which is not optimal. The feedback from instructor 1-1 was only 5 min a day - so could be increased. Both kids would rather have private lessons again, because it was more focused on the individual.

The teacher didn’t have a good treat, for example he didn’t consider speaking English, he’s treat was different to the French speakers and furthermore after an injury of my kid he didn’t even ask or consider how was she feeling and because she couldn’t do the test, just gave half an star without talking and explaining to her the feedback.
