Subscribing to a bronze medal course for 13 year old. Process was very chaotic during subscription - no standard option - and also on arrival. In the end lessons were very well done by Nils and we are satisfied overall.

Nice teachers and both kids good progress. Unfortunately our 10 year old does not speak English well, so in communication there was some barrier. But she got her 2 stars. Very happy. Our son was not with right group first day (team rider) and was supported by other teacher, however they went off black piste on his first day. That was a bit too much for him. Next days were great. Thank you and hopefully until end of the year again.

Dear Marc Bourreau, I would have loved to give all topics a 5 rating. Unfortunately, my son could not take the lessons as we were not able to travel to Meribel. It is strange that we got this survey.... My main dissatisfaction is the inflexibility to re-schedule to a later moment in time. This was not possible. Very unfortunate, as we are planning to travel to meribel again. But next time I will not make any advance reservations. Kind regards, Remco

The only disappointment was lack of communication regarding our son Thomas’ progress. It was left to the end of the week to explain he was finding it difficult, he was very embarrassed by this being delivered in front of multiple parents. He was then very upset he had not achieved the required level. That could have been handled better.

A wonderful experience! Special shout out to George and Pierre who went ABOVE and beyond for us. Met us at the ski rental place, helped with boots, assisted with every step of the way. Just a priceless experience!!
Both are incredibly talented teachers. Any school is lucky to have them.
