My children liked the instructors but the instructors were not good at instructing - a lot of the teaching involved the words “follow me” without actual teaching of how to improve - disappointing

Margot était une monitrice efficace et avenante. Le reste de l’équipe ont été un peu trop hostile envers les groupes d’enfants ce qui ne les a pas mis en confiance du tout. On a l’impression qu’une partie des moniteurs n’aime vraiment pas s’occuper des groupes d’enfants. Peut-être l’ESF ne devrait qu’offrir des cours pour ados et adultes?

Sebastian was a very engaging instructor, the kids really enjoyed being taught by him. Pass on our thanks.

My daughter was very comfortable with Eric. She said he took the time to reassure them and was really lovely.
My son really like Boris too and had lots of fun.
My daughter, who was in the teenage group would have loved a badge though. My son got one because he was in the children’s group. She was dissapointed that she didn’t get one.

Enjoyed the flexibility of the coach to adapt to the needs of the group across an age range of almost 50 years from youngest to oldest!

Pascal and Robin were amazing instructors. The progress I made from a beginner snowboarder in one week was amazing. They were very supportive, knowledgeable and made the sessions fun and informative. I would definitely recommend and definitely book again with ESF

First time snowboard lessons. Instructor Robin couldn't have been any kinder, patient, knowledgable and skillfull at sharing his love and knowledge of snowboarding and the area of Tignes. I was a nervous beginner and he figuratively and literally held my hand the entire time. Even when others progressed faster than me he continued to encourage me until at last it clicked. I couldn't recommend Robin and the esf school more. I can't wait to go back!

Jane was an amazing teacher and had so much patience with me! On my third day I hurt my wrist outside of a lesson and she was really supportive for the rest of the week and catered the session to support me. Highly recommend, feeling a lot more confident now!
