Great teaching and great experience with ESF Meribel, would definitely use again.

More guidance of what to do for children's lift passes would be good as it was not clear what was required.

Our son enjoyed the course. However having child’s snowboarding lessons on offer for the afternoon only can detract from progress due to being more tired than in the morning. We were asked to curtail morning skiing activity so as not to detract from the instructors afternoon lessons. This is suggest is the wrong approach for a hose on a family holiday, and for individuals paying for a service.
The instruction however was grammar and our son thoroughly enjoyed his time with eSF.

I was very pleased with the lessons! Alexandra was a very good instructor and I would highly recommend following her lessons! The only downside was that out of 3, two courses were cancelled due to lack of participants.

My son had one-on-one lessons for about a week, but different tutors over that time. There was not good communication between the teachers, but the quality of their teaching was very good.

The pricing should include the children’s lift passes, the lift pass office should discount the cost if brought through ESF.
The awards ceremony should be staggered, as we had three children and missed two of ours come in and get their medals as it was all at the same time but in different locations. Snowboard award ceremony didn’t have a tunnel and didn’t get clapped in either which seems really unfair so it should all be held at the same location with 5 minute intervals perhaps.
The children however loved their lessons and instructors and had a lot of fun!

I booked my daughter on a total beginners snowboarding lesson. She did not complete the week. Her instructor, Vincent destroyed her confidence forcing me to collect her out of the group at 10am on the Thursday. He was forceful in his language, scaring her in the process. As a total beginner on a board there should not be an expectation that you should be able to complete a long button lift with the expectation that you take off your board and walk up the hill should you fall (which is highly likely). I felt i had no choice but to remove her from his care and sacrifice the remainder of the course. It is an inacceptable situation. Beginners are exactly that and have fragile confidence. Very disappointed with the quality of the teaching and culture of the instructors.
