Our two boys did beginner snowboarding lessons with ESF in Méribel and they absolutely loved it. The instructor was patient, kind and informative, meaning they learnt the basics of snowboarding well in their first week. We would definitely book them in again for ESF lessons, but perhaps extend to have both morning and afternoon lessons now that we know they love snowboarding and would like to learn more. Thank you so helping them to love snowboarding as much as they do!

Both Valentin and Killian were excellent teachers for my boys…. ESF is Flaine has consistently been excellent every year that we come.

So we began by booking the full day course.. but it wasn't bought to our attention that the morning and afternoon course was actually disconnected with different instructor. Moreover, the afternoon class was way too big and it was evident people in the morning with different levels were grouped together in the afternoon. Its gotten so bad that my wife was actually hit by a skier in the afternoon course and the instructor didn't even know. In the end we asked for a refund for the afternoon class and only attended the morning class. Not to the fault of the instructors who were very enthusiastic, but it was more of the organization of your company and not having enough instructors for the afternoon session, and not letting customer know it is actually not a continuation of the morning.

My daughter is 10 years old, attending the ESF Snowboard beginner course. One instructor to 9 beginner learners, and mixing the adults and kids was not ideal. My daughter, with two kid learners, was lost in the Alps at some point on day 2. Luckily, they found another ESF instructor in the Alps to direct them to the class instructor. Best to have one instructor for a maximum of 6 beginner-level students. Best to have separate child and adult classes.

We love skiing in France and we love ESF, where ever we go skiing ESF is part of the plan. This year the kids wanted to learn snowboarding and Jeff was absolutely amazing! Kind, patient and professional so thank you very much to Jeff and to all of you in ESF La Cluzas

My instructor Quentin was amazing. Very patient, friendly and was very motivated to teach and motivated to see the student make progress. All in all a great experience!
