Our granddaughter had a phobia about using the button lifts, following a fall last year, of which I informed her instructor. He was very patient and helpful so she soon gained confidence. Thank you Alexis she improved so much this year.

Excellent teacher/ student ratio for the adult beginner class. However for the flocon class my kids spent lot of time waiting and didn't have much opportunity to practice, because the class was too big.
Special thanks to my adult beginner teacher Jeremy who was patient and caring.

My instructor Alexis Wenzel has been incredibly positive and patient during my week of group lessons in Oz. It was a pleasure being part of his group and I’m looking forward to my next season with ESF.

Not very organised on day 1 at drop off. I was able to see the lessons taking place from my hotel, I wasn't skiing. The break period In the middle was too long and I think the children get cold. The warm up was done in french so English only speaking children couldn't understand.
