My instructor, Francis, was great! Fantastic enthusiasm! Not only did he provide great advice and support on the mountain but he was really engaging and fun all week! Hope to return next year!

As always ESF provided excellent service in every perspectives from the online registration over the organization at the meeting point till the end of the lessons everything was flawless.

The class size was too big and because of that it was hard to follow the teaches instructions sometimes. We had a day of 6 which was nice but other days with 11 or 12 students which we terrible. The instructor should also focus on getting the line to change order (the same people we always in front and it was hard to get in front)- the instructor should make a point to have the students always in the back to go first.
