The kids 1st ski trip, 2 in Piou Piou and 1in Ourson. Great experience for them! English speaking instructors (although mainly French spoken as majority of students were French) - very encouraging and progress was amazing. The first day or two were a little frantic at the beginning and end of the lessons, but all staff were approachable and friendly - special thanks to Silvie, Marie & Pierre for taking such good care of our kids and introducing them to the mountains!

My son and wife did beginners courses. Jack (aged 7) loved his. His teacher was good, and helped him, although spoke mainly in French which Jack didn't understand. By the end, Jack was confident and able to go with me and snowplough happily.

My wife had the opposite experience. Her female teacher was impatient and punitive, shouted at her a lot. She felt unwanted and picked on in the 3 person group. She overheard derogatory comments, some sexualised with a male colleague . On the second day she wanted to leave, but was made to stay for one more run. She fell getting on the ski lift, while the instructor could have intervened but conspicuously didn’t. Freeda injured her thumb so badly she couldn’t ski again, so her holiday was ruined; she didn’t even get to ski on a proper piste.

My son just wished a bit more english was spoken. But he was ok with it. He liked the amount of off piste they did and the group was an acceptable size.

My 5 year old enjoyed his lessons and was excited to get his badge at the end of the week!

The instructor was excellent
