We were an hour late for first lesson due to travel issues and we were immediately accepted by Carol and Lulu.After the first day we were accessed on ability and moved in to appropriate group . Benjamin took our group and educated us perfectly on our ability.Always felt safe and as the monitors were still accessing all the time it was possible to be moved to a group which was more suitable to our progress .This was our second season with ESF and we will be using them again when we return .As a family of 5 with different abilities I would highly recommend ESF to get lessons .We loved our vacation and ESF which makes our decision to return very easy , hopefully next year .Regards from The Mulcaire Family

Great instructor in Flaine. Matthiew was brilliant with my daughter she had a fun week but made great progress too!

A great help with guiding my daughter to confidence on the French slopes. She started in two stars but the instructors were very good at detecting she needed a higher or lower level. They led her to feel comfortable enough to take the higher grade and encourage her to push her ability without knocking her confidence. Thank you so much we will use ESF again and hopefully my daughter will gain her bronze and you never know one day herself reach the top!

The only disappointment was lack of communication regarding our son Thomas’ progress. It was left to the end of the week to explain he was finding it difficult, he was very embarrassed by this being delivered in front of multiple parents. He was then very upset he had not achieved the required level. That could have been handled better.

I took a 3-day private instructor skiing course. My instructor (Olivier) tailored the lessons well to me level and worked on my technique gradually over the span of the lessons. I feel I made good progress by the end of the 3rd day. Thank you ESF Flaine for a seemless and enriching experience

Both Valentin and Killian were excellent teachers for my boys…. ESF is Flaine has consistently been excellent every year that we come.
