Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your child’s experience with our midday lunch and childcare service. We would like to clarify that our lunch and childcare service between 12:00 and 14:00 is an additional service we offer to provide full-day care for children. Our core mission is to deliver high-quality ski instruction, and we are pleased to hear that your child enjoyed her ski classes. We are sorry to learn that your daughter felt uncomfortable with the other children. While we do group children by age, the space is shared, and we understand that this can sometimes be challenging. Our meals are provided by a caterer and must be ordered well in advance to ensure we have the right amount of food and staff for supervision. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for meals not consumed, as we incur these costs regardless of attendance—even for items like pasta, which require planning and preparation. We appreciate your suggestions regarding separate areas for different age groups and will take them into consideration for future improvements. We are also glad that the ski lessons, which are at the heart of what we do, met your expectations. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome your child again in our ski classes.
