My 3 year old daughter loved her ski lessons. She’s gone from zero experience to having great stability and an ability to slip confidently down a gentle slope. We were impressed with the progress but ESF prioritised having fun in the snow and on the enclosed ESF village slope so she’s come away excited to get back on a set of skis for the next season. Thanks so much for helping introduce our daughter to the wonderful sport of alpine skiing!

Terrible service. Paid for a full week and had emails right up to the course then let down at last minute on the day saying they had to cancel the course do to no other clients. The first lesson was then charged at the higher rate because she had only done one lesson (which was not our choice!). Totally ruined our holiday. We had our 2 daughters in piou piou as well. This terrible service is extremely short sighted as we will not use ESF from now on... we have 3 children needing ski school for the next 5 years or so and travel as a large group with others using ski school!

We're sorry to hear about your experience. It is indeed stated in our conditions of sale that we cannot open a group lesson if there are fewer than 4 people registered. We do wait until the last minute as we are always hopeful of being able to fill the course. We are sorry that your class could not take place. The morning class in the beginner group, with Jean-Pierre Edward (even though our lesson card says Martin), was not a very good teacher. I am glad the school allowed me to switch to the afternoon class with James on day 3 lession.
If needed, I can write back in more details about why I do not think Jean-Pierre Edward was a good teacher, but you would have received similar feedback from the rate of students dropping out in the first two days.
