Great experience for a first-time skier

Ben was an excellent instructor, he was flexible to the needs of the pupils, communicated effectively and really did a great job. He has a good sense of humour and made learning fun! 10/10. Please pass our many thanks to Ben! Bravo!

Armand was an excellent instructor who could perfectly tailor the sessions according to our technical needs and personalities. He was also very calm and professional in handling a crisis on the mountain. (One absolutely not of his creation.). Highly recommend.

The facilities were ok but could be done with some refresh/modification.
The reason for the pricing being scored low was being told that 4 year olds pay for lift pass at planards but the rest of chamonix was free for up to 5. This is a bad promotion of teaching young kids to ski. The ESF pricing was ok.

I had 6 days lessons with an excellent instructor Jerome - he was a great ambassador for esf. He was an excellent communicator and taught us technical excersies whilst also offering a wonderful commentary on life in the mountains. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for lessons in Chamonix. The Manager of the school was also excellent and together with his team in the office organised for my son and husband to have private tuition. Thanks so much for a wonderful week.
