Richard and Charles were great instructors and made the week's lessons challenging and fun. They made me feel safe and supported and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. Thank you so much!

A bit better organisation in the morning- checking people are all present, explaining goal/route for the day, giving instructors phone numbers - my instructors lost me at one point and I had no way of contacting them!!
Apart from this one set back, they were fantastic instructors- friendly. Patient, fun. I had a great week!

I really liked it, this was already my third time with ESF Flaine. The instructors are very competent.
This time, during the week, people from other groups were merged into ours a few times, and at one point there were 13 people with one instructor. In that setup, we were really spread out on the slope, and if you were in the second half of the group, it was hard to hear the instructions and follow the demonstrations.
Our instructor did what he could, but it felt like there were just too many people.
